Quién está detrás

Kachik y esta web (playkachik.com) son obra de Gonzalo Emilio Palma Menéndez (devpixelbytes), desarrollador independiente con residencia en España. Contacto: devpixelbytes@gmail.com. Al descargar o jugar Kachik aceptas estos términos, además de las condiciones de Google Play.

El juego

Kachik es gratuito. Te concedo una licencia personal, no exclusiva e intransferible para instalarlo y jugarlo en tus dispositivos. No puedes venderlo, redistribuirlo, descompilarlo ni modificarlo, ni usar trampas o herramientas que alteren las puntuaciones o las clasificaciones.

El juego se actualiza con el tiempo: niveles, modos, mecánicas y contenido pueden cambiar o retirarse. Las versiones de prueba pueden contener errores.

Monedas, aspectos y progreso

Las monedas y los objetos que consigues jugando son virtuales: no tienen valor económico, no se pueden canjear por dinero y no se pueden vender ni transferir fuera del juego. El progreso se guarda en tu dispositivo; si desinstalas el juego sin guardar antes tu código de partida, se pierde.

Anuncios y servicios de Google

Algunas versiones muestran anuncios de Google AdMob, que sostienen el desarrollo. Las clasificaciones y los logros usan Google Play Juegos. Ambos servicios son de Google y se rigen también por sus propias condiciones. Cómo se tratan tus datos está en la política de privacidad.

Compras

Si el juego ofrece compras, el pago y los reembolsos los gestiona Google Play según sus políticas. Esto no limita los derechos que te reconoce la ley como consumidor.

Esta web

Los textos, ilustraciones, logo, música y sonidos de Kachik y de esta web pertenecen a su creador salvo que se indique lo contrario, y no se pueden reutilizar sin permiso. La web enlaza a servicios externos (redes sociales, Google Play) de cuyo contenido no me hago responsable.

Responsabilidad

Kachik se ofrece tal cual, hecho por una sola persona. Intento que funcione bien en el mayor número de móviles, pero no puedo garantizar que no haya errores o interrupciones. Nada de esto excluye la responsabilidad que la ley no permita excluir.

Ley aplicable

Estos términos se rigen por la ley española. Si eres consumidor, conservas la protección de las normas de tu país de residencia y puedes acudir a los tribunales de tu domicilio.

The game

Kachik is free. I grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and play it on your devices. You may not sell, redistribute, decompile or modify it, or use cheats or tools that alter scores or leaderboards.

The game is updated over time: levels, modes, mechanics and content may change or be removed. Test versions may contain bugs.

Coins, skins and progress

Coins and items you earn by playing are virtual: they have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money and cannot be sold or transferred outside the game. Progress is stored on your device; if you uninstall the game without first saving your save code, it is lost.

Ads and Google services

Some versions show Google AdMob ads, which fund development. Leaderboards and achievements use Google Play Games. Both are Google services and are also governed by Google's own terms. How your data is handled is explained in the privacy policy.

Purchases

If the game offers purchases, payment and refunds are handled by Google Play under its policies. This does not limit your statutory consumer rights.

This site

The text, illustrations, logo, music and sounds of Kachik and this site belong to their creator unless stated otherwise, and may not be reused without permission. The site links to external services (social networks, Google Play) whose content I am not responsible for.

Liability

Kachik is provided as is, made by one person. I try to make it work well on as many phones as possible, but I cannot guarantee it will be free of bugs or interruptions. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the laws of your country of residence and may go to the courts where you live.
